IMPORTANT INFORMATION

In order to secure your shoot, a 50% booking fee is required. This is not an extra fee, but is deducted from the full package. You can pay the booking fee either by Cash App, Zelle, cash or check (need clearance before booking is confirmed). Once your payment has been received, your session date with CAROLINA GUTIERREZ PHOTOGRAPHY will be reserved. Your spot will not be held until this is completed.

Prices DO NOT include studio rental, travel or Resort/Vendor fees.

If CLIENT cancels the booking for any reason, a fee will be charged to the CLIENT. however, the CLIENT has the option to reschedule the SHOOT within 30 days of the original shoot date with 14 days advance
notice.

CAROLINA GUTIERREZ PHOTOGRAPHY retains the copyright to all images taken unless another agreement was made prior.
